1. What is Demand Letter?
A demand letter is the letter demanding foreign employee from the employer of your 
respective company .

2. What obtains in the demand letter?
The demand letter obtains the legitimate legal approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs
from respective country .

3. From where do you get the power of Attorney?
You can get it from your employer provided by the employer.

4. Who shall bare the expenses of the foreign promoter and the potential employer if the 
selection process is done in Yangon?

They need to undertake their own expenses of the flight as well as the food and
lodging , transportation to and in Yangon , Myanmar .

5. When should the calling visa of the selected workers be delivered back?
The calling visa of the selected workers should be delivered as soon as possible to Yangon , Myanmar .

6. Who shall take care of the transportation and its fees ( Air fare included ) after the completion of employment period?
The employer shall be responsible and the foreign promoter shall have to ensure these to
be absolutely performed.

7. What other else shall the foreign promoter under take?
The foreign promoter shall also undertake the followings:
(a) Making necessary clearance procedures at the gate of the entry.
(b) Ensuring to pass the entry gate and dispatching to the accommodation of the
work place safely and well organized.

8. What is the best way to control the workers not to run away from work by any means?
The best way is to secure all the workers passport in the employer’s hand, because it is
the only single evidence for their returning home safely .

9. What is the expectation of the Myanmar workers from your employer?
They expect whether they are well financed and capable, generous and kind - hearted, kindness, just and good treatment.

10. What kind of training is provided to the selected workers?
They are provided the following trainings :
(a) Basic English Communication Skills.
(b) Motivation and Discipline Course.
(c) Basic Work Skill ( joint effort with your employer if needed )

11. What is Motivation and Discipline Course?
It is to have understanding not to act violently, be obedient to the employer ,not to involve
in demonstration, not absent from work without permission, job - hopping and other unnecessary activities .

12. How long will it take to prepare for the selection interview?
It will take at least 4 weeks ahead for the selection interview .

13. How long shall the working period at least last for?
In accordance with the Labour Law of respective country it shall last for at least 3 years . But the extension will depend on the employer’s offer.

14. How much salary does a worker expect?
As a general worker he expects in minimum USD 250 (specific for Malaysia but different rate for other countries according to their respective labour law )and above per month , but much more for technicians , skilled and semi - skilled workers fair and reasonable salary.
