Essential Rules and Regulations

The essential rules and regulations which the promoters on both sides (local and foreign) must follow:

Before Interviewing:

Foreign Promoter

He has to bring along all the following documents to the venue and handover them to the Myanmar promoter.

1. Approval from Ministry of Home Affairs.

2. Power of Attorney.
3. Letter of Appointment .

4. Demand letter .

5. Employment contract .

Myanmar Promoter

He has to take the responsibility of providing appropriate venue for the selection process, held in Yangon, Myanmar. 

He has to get ready the candidates with their complete documents to interview according to the letter of demand.

After Interviewing

Myanmar Promoter

• The Myanmar promoter must directly handover the following documents for interview.
  a) Bio - data
  b) Medical report
  c) Certified passport copy 
  d) The employment contract including the worker’s photo and signature.
• He has to undertake to provide training courses to the workers in accord with the nature of the work after being selected.
• To fulfil the other essential facts of each worker after receiving the acceptance of workers from respective promoter.
  

Foreign Promoter

• Make sure the selected workers and their respective work places are fixed in your acceptance. If there is any changes, please inform it to the Myanmar promoter first and have the agreement from him and also the payment.
• Make sure to meet the Myanmar workers at the respective airport when they arrive.
