4. Provide authorized letter to local represent.
5. To get the permit from local authorities is our responsible.
6. After getting permit contract will be signed without delay.
7. The production will be 5 million cubic metres in a year and 20,000 to 30,000 cubic meters per month.
8. Need to survey and for surveying, the expense will be your responsible.
9. After signing the contract performance guarantee US $ 500,000 ( Five hundred thousand United States Dollars )to be paid.
10. To complete the process it will take about 2½
    months to 3 months.
11. The cost of 1 cubic metre will depend on the sites
    (Which are in Southern Myanmar Coastal Area) below;

    3. Kauthong
12. Participate in negotiation between local representative and buyer.
